Terms of Use
Effective date: 26 February 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website located at safetripukraine.com (the “Site”), including any content, tools, forms, and services made available through the Site. The Site is a WordPress-based travel information and insurance referral platform for visitors to Ukraine (“SafeTrip Ukraine”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
SafeTrip Ukraine provides travel-related informational content and may refer users to third-party insurance providers, intermediaries, or partners for quotes, applications, and policy purchases. SafeTrip Ukraine is not an insurer and does not underwrite insurance policies unless explicitly stated on a specific page.
2. Eligibility and Intended Audience
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. No Legal, Medical, or Immigration Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, immigration, or professional advice. Entry requirements, border procedures, and health requirements can change quickly. You must verify current requirements with official sources (for example, diplomatic missions, border authorities, and official government resources) before travel.
4. Ukraine Travel and Entry Information (2025–2026)
Ukraine’s entry requirements vary by nationality, travel purpose, and current security measures. As of 2025–2026, travelers commonly need:
- A valid passport meeting carrier and border requirements (including validity and condition requirements set by your airline and Ukrainian authorities).
- A visa if required for your nationality and purpose of travel.
- Evidence of onward/return travel and sufficient funds may be requested by carriers or border authorities.
- Travel medical insurance may be required by certain visa categories, carriers, or at the discretion of border authorities, and is strongly recommended due to limited access conditions in some regions and potential evacuation needs.
SafeTrip Ukraine does not guarantee entry into Ukraine. Final decisions are made by carriers and border authorities.
5. Insurance Referrals, Quotes, and Purchases
The Site may provide links, forms, or contact options that connect you to third-party insurance providers or licensed intermediaries (“Insurance Partners”). Any insurance quote, coverage description, policy issuance, premium, exclusions, claim handling, and service commitments are determined solely by the relevant Insurance Partner and the terms of the policy you purchase.
- No coverage guarantee: Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee that insurance will be offered or issued.
- Policy terms control: The policy wording, schedule, and endorsements govern coverage. Marketing summaries on the Site do not replace policy documents.
- Medical and security exclusions: Many travel policies contain exclusions or limitations related to pre-existing conditions, high-risk activities, alcohol/drug-related incidents, and travel to or within high-risk areas. Review exclusions carefully.
- Claims: Claims are administered by the insurer/assistance provider, not by SafeTrip Ukraine, unless explicitly stated.
6. User Responsibilities
When using the Site or requesting referrals/quotes, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Review all policy documents before purchase and ask the insurer/intermediary questions where needed.
- Comply with applicable laws, border requirements, and carrier rules.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the Site to violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems.
- Interfere with Site operation, including through malware, scraping, automated submissions, or denial-of-service activity.
- Copy, reproduce, or republish Site content except as permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, layout, and compilation) are owned by or licensed to SafeTrip Ukraine and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, booking services, insurers, assistance providers, or advertisers. SafeTrip Ukraine does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeTrip Ukraine disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Travel conditions in Ukraine may be affected by security risks, infrastructure disruptions, airspace limitations, curfews, and regional restrictions. SafeTrip Ukraine does not guarantee the availability of services, routes, medical facilities, evacuation options, or that any insurance policy will respond to a specific event.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeTrip Ukraine and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
SafeTrip Ukraine’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to SafeTrip Ukraine for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any) or (b) USD 100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeTrip Ukraine and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and share information, including information submitted through forms and tracking technologies used on WordPress sites (for example, cookies, analytics tags, and embedded content). Please review those policies on the Site.
14. Communications
If you submit an inquiry, request a referral, or contact us, you consent to receive communications from us by email, phone, messaging apps, or other methods you provide. You can request that we stop marketing communications at any time. Service-related communications may still be sent where necessary to respond to your request.
15. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may update the Site, content, or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ukraine.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
